post/api/v1/Partners/me/rebuild-tree

Self-service tree rebuild for already-enrolled partners. Walks {AffiliatedUserId} downstream from the caller and materialises every reachable descendant into {PartnerTreeNodes}. Use this when a partner had legacy QRShared / direct-invite downline from before Partner Manager existed — the attribution chain is intact but the tree-node rows were never lazily created, so the tree view appears empty. Idempotent — safe to re-run; subsequent calls are a no-op aside from the BFS read cost. Returns the number of descendant nodes touched (created or refreshed).
